The wide corrugation provides good self-cleaning properties when media flows through the hoses, the PTFE-base material is FDA-approved, EG 1935/2004 and EU 10/2011.

For specific connection fittings the corrugated hose can be flanged over the sealing surface.

With inline flanging connection fittings, media does not come into contact with metallic connection fittings.

Sehr hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität. Ausgezeichnete chemische Inertheit gegenüber verschiedenen Medien. Auch für Unterdruckanwendungen einsetzbar.

Aufgrund der weiten Wellung ergeben sich beim Durchleiten der Medien gute selbstreinigende Eigenschaften, Das PTFE-Grundmaterial hat eine FDA-Zulassung, EG 1935/2004 und EU 10/2011.

Für bestimmte Anschlussarmaturen kann der Wellschlauch über die Dichtfläche gebördelt werden.

Mit inlinerumbördelten Anschlussarmaturen kommt das Medium nicht in Kontakt mit den metallischen Anschlussarmaturen.

Einsatzbereich

vorwiegend die Chemie- und Lebensmittelindustrie, sowie in pharmazeutischen Anlagen
