Aanwijzingen
Prije puštanja u rad u postrojenju prvo uhodavanje razdjelnika količine sa zupčanikom trebalo bi uslijediti bez opterećenja.
Grafike i spojne sheme vrijede kao načelni prikaz i za ove 4-struke razdjelnike količine
Beschrijving
Ovi razdjelnici količine služe za napajanje četiri neovisna hidraulična kruga sa samo jednom pumpom
Pogreška dijeljenja oko 3 %
Postavka tlaka za sve sekcije ista
Ventili se mogu namjestiti od 70 - 210 bara, druga područja namještanja na zahtjev
Moguća preinaka na interno odvođenje ulja koje curi - u tu svrhu priključak T zatvoriti pomoću slijepog čepa G1/2″ (preinaku preporučujemo samo nakon konzultacije s nama!)
Dizajn razdjelnika količine sa zupčanikom: qi = Q/z * 1000/n
Qi = displacement/section [cm³].
Q = total input volume flow [l/min].
Z = number of sections.
N = rotating speed [rpm].
