Im Adsorberfilter werden die in der Luft enthaltenen Wassermoleküle in den Poren des Adsorbens (HANSA-FLEX Xdry) gebunden. Die Sättigung (Beladung) und der dann notwendige Austausch der Filterpatrone wird durch einen Farbumschlag von orange nach grün angezeigt.
HANSA-FLEX Xdry besteht aus Siliziumoxid und Zeolith und wird als synthetisches, polares und hydrophiles Trocknungsmittel klassifiziert. Es besitzt auf Grund seiner hohen Porosität eine große innere Oberfläche. Diese ermöglicht eine sehr hohe Wasseraufnahmekapazität.
In den Adsorberfiltern wird HANSA-FLEX Xdry mit einem Farbindikator verwendet. Farbumschläge zeigen den Wassergehalt und damit den Fortschritt der Beladung des Trockenmittels an.
Die Mischung aus Siliziumoxid und Zeolith wird gemäß Gesetzgebung der Europäischen Union (Verordnung EG-Nummer 1272/2008) nicht als gefährlicher Stoff eingestuft. Es ist nach EG-Richtlinie (67/548/EWG beziehungsweise 1999/45/EG) nicht kennzeichnungspflichtig. Sie zählt nicht zu den gesundheits- und umweltgefährdenden Stoffen.
Delivery scope
Lieferung im umweltfreundlichen Papp-Gebinde mit einliegendem Kunststoff-Beutel, einfach zu trennen und zu recyceln.
