Ball valves: Dependable control of your pipework system

When it comes to hydraulics, ball valves are the means of choice for shutting off pipelines, diverting media or regulating flows. HANSA-FLEX products perform these functions superbly and up to a pressure of 500 bar. Our ball valves are maintenance free and extremely robust thanks to a freely floating ball between the seals. They work reliably, even under vacuum. A large bore keeps pressure losses in the medium extremely low as it passes through the ball valve. Safety is a key aspect in all components at HANSA-FLEX. That is the reason we put our ball valves through a rigorous, thorough programme of tests to ensure their proper functioning, strength and sealing performance, all in accordance with the relevant standards and safety regulations. The portfolio includes sizes between DN 4 and DN 40 and ball valves for all applications: high or low pressure (DVGW), gate, 2-way, 3-way or 4-way valves, with L-, T- or X-hole configurations, BSP, NPT or SAE threads, pipe fitting 24° in accordance with DIN 2353 – everything can be supplied from our standard product range. They are available in steel or stainless steel. Other materials and versions can also be provided on request for handling gaseous or corrosive media.
